Payout reports, gateway exports, bank statements, and your ledger — normalized onto one transaction spine regardless of the shape each vendor emits. No CSV cleanup on your side.
Deterministic matching first
Amounts, dates, references, and fee arithmetic are settled by rules — auditable and identical on every run. AI never touches a transaction a rule already cleared.
A reviewed exception queue
What the rules cannot clear arrives ranked and explained, each item carrying the source rows behind it. A reviewer verifies the claim against the evidence rather than taking it on faith.
A human approval gate
Sovyr proposes journal entries; a person accepts them. There is no autonomous write path into your ledger and no setting that turns the gate off.

What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The first month is free, and you can stop at the end of it without paying anything.
How does “pay one month, get six” work?
You pay $49 once and the following six months are free — seven months of use for one payment. You can do it again when it runs out.
What does the lifetime offer mean?
Pay for twelve months up front and you keep Sovyr for as long as it exists, with no further charges. It is limited to pilot customers.
What do you need from us to start?
One month of settlement files and your ledger export for the same period. Nothing needs to be cleaned up first — send them in whatever shape your processors emit them.
Does Sovyr write to our ledger?
No. It proposes entries and shows the evidence behind each one; your controller approves every entry that reaches the ledger.
Can we cancel?
Any time. There is no term commitment and no cancellation fee.
